Me thinks those attacks will go away. They did for me. I'm not suggesting you do it without professio0nal help but from attending the Cancer Coping Clinic and your meditation I'd say you are on the right track.

Well this is happening to me now. I am about 3 months after chemotherapy and now I am having Anxiety attacks and I do not know what it does trigger it (no apparent reason) and I do not know how to control them. Last one I had during a session at Cancer Coping Clinic with attendance of Psychologist and Social Worker. During a information presentation (slide show) I start uncontrollably crying, could catch a breath and my stomach was in pain. I practically get up I ran away from the room. It last for about 45 minutes till I come down. later that day I attended Meditation class which I managed successfully to sleep thru, but it did helped a lot. I woke up as a “new” person.
